使用 IP67 防护等级的防护帽解决方案保护开放式 FAKRA 端口

Amphenol RF 很高兴为我们广泛的FAKRA 互连产品线提供通用 FAKRA 帽。这种盖帽可有效密封任何打开的 FAKRA 插头,防止暂时浸入水中或灰尘进入。这对配对产品支持 IP 等级要求,并符合 USCAR-18 标准。坚固耐用、抗冲击的机身和外壳使其非常适合外露连接器可能受到损害的情况。

通用 FAKRA 帽可与符合 USCAR-18 标准的任何现有外露 FAKRA 插头配接。连接后,这对插头可同时支持 IP67 和 IP69K 要求。IP69K 是目前能达到的最高 IP 等级。它表明元件完全可以防止灰尘进入以及近距离、高压和高温喷雾。

盖帽采用密封的 FAKRA 插孔外壳和内部几何结构,并提供通用的 Z 代码。Z 代码管帽与任何其他关键代码配合使用时,都能保持 IP67 和 IP69K 密封性能。它的黄铜主体设计采用了高磷无电解镀镍工艺。防水密封由硅橡胶垫圈制成,可确保配对的设备不会暂时浸入水中,而在外部环境中的工业设备或天线可能会遇到这种情况。
