The AUTOMATE® Mini-FAKRA connector series, the latest in automotive interconnect technology, is a space-conscious, high-performance interface central to the next generation of vehicle applications.

Amphenol RF offers AUTOMATE Type A Mini-FAKRA quad-port jack to (4) SMA plugs or jacks breakout cables designed on highly flexible TFC-302LL cable. These assemblies feature the automotive industry-standard snap-oninterface on one end and a secure threaded coupling mechanism on the other. This pre-configured assembly is well-suited for camera and other high-bandwidth applications in the automotive and industrial space. As a standard off-the-shelf solution is ideal for lab use and in the early stages of product development.

The AUTOMATE Mini-FAKRA is designed with compact, modular housing and a quad-port configuration. It provides a space savings of up to 80% compared with traditional FAKRA connectors. The universal Z color coding and mechanical keying allows it to be intermateablewith all other key codes. This assembly offers high-performance up to 9 GHz with secure and easy mating and unmating.
