The advent of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (“CTSCA”) and the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act of 2015 (“UKMSA”) reflects a global effort to address these issues throughout corporate global supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our own business or any of our supply chains.
