HD-AFI Adapters

Amphenol RF’s HD‑AFI adapters convert HD-AFI interfaces to industry-standard RF connectors in both in-series and between-series formats, enabling seamless integration into board-to-board and board-to-cable designs. These compact adapters retain the high-performance characteristics of the HD-AFI family while extending connectivity to conventional interfaces.

Developed for rugged, flexible RF systems, HD‑AFI supports 75 Ω operations up to 18 GHz. The proprietary two-piece design provides significant radial (1.32 mm) and axial (2.0 mm) mating float, ideal for blind‑mate applications with tight tolerances. These adapters are available in inline jack‑to‑jack formats as well as between-series types like HD-BNC.
