Do you provide Conflict Minerals reporting?

Yes. Amphenol RF complies with the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502, which requires companies to disclose the use of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold) sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

We work closely with our supply chain to trace the origin of raw materials and provide customers with Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRTs) upon request. This helps our customers maintain their own compliance programs and supports responsible sourcing practices worldwide.
