HD-BNC Adapters

In-series HD-BNC adapters feature a HD-BNC plug or HD-BNC jack interface on both sides of the adapter and can be used as gender changers, converting from a plug to jack or vice versa. In production test and measurement applications, HD-BNC adapters can also be used as connector savers where they will be mated to the minimum number of allowable cycles and replaced.

Between-series HD-BNC adapters allow dissimilar interfaces to be connected. Amphenol RF offers between-series adapters allowing HD-BNC interfaces to connect with 1.0-2.3, BNC, HD-AFI, MCX, Type N and SMA coaxial interfaces. Like in-series adapters, BNC between series adapters can be used as connector savers and gender changes with the added benefit of changing the interface. HD-BNC tee adapters are also available.
