2.4 mm to 2.4 mm Adapters
This 2.4 mm straight jack to jack adapter is engineered for excellent impedance control and mechanical durability. This compact, 50-ohm solution supports accurate, repeatable measurements across advanced RF applications and is ideal for use in dense instrumentation layouts within 5G, aerospace and test instrumentation equipment. This new 2.4 mm adapter is machined with passivated stainless-steel bodies and a gold-plated beryllium copper contacts for enhanced conductivity and durability in harsh environments. The materials used in the production of these adapters were selected to provide corrosion resistance, dependable mechanical stability and repeated connect and disconnect in production environments.

2.92 mm Connectors on 0.141 inch cable
2.92 mm connectors on 0.141” conformable cable enable stable, low loss high-frequency test and instrumentation usage. Broadband electrical performance up to 40 GHz provides support for millimeter-wave signal integrity in laboratory and production environments. A low VSWR ensures repeatable measurements, minimized signal reflections and guarantees dependability. 2.92 mm connectors support flexible cable routing and panel-mount system designs and are highly suited for 5G, aerospace and broadband communication applications.
The connectors are available in straight plug and bulkhead jack configurations with gold-plated stainless steel bodies coupled with beryllium copper contacts ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and longterm mechanical durability. The insulator is naturally finished Ultem 1000 with an insulator disc made from naturally finished PTFE. MMCX Cable Assemblies on RG-316 for Wireless Modules
MMCX cable assemblies on RG-316 cable are available in IP67-rated bulkhead SMA, TNC, RP-TNC and N-Type straight jack interfaces, delivering robust performance when environmental sealing and durability are critical. RG-316 cable offers excellent electrical performance up to 6 GHz while offering improved shielding and temperature resistance. These assemblies are ideal for high-frequency wireless systems and applications requiring enhance reliability in compact designs.
These cable assemblies are designed to transition from an internal MMCX PCB connection to a rugged, threaded external interface in order to enable secure panel-mount connectivity for wireless communication modules. By pairing the small footprint of the MMCX interface with sealed, durable external connectors, the assemblies support long-term performance. MCX straight and right-angle plug configurations feature rugged IP67 bulkhead SMA, RP-SMA, TNC, RP-TNC and N-Type straight jacks. These assemblies are designed on flexible RG- 316 cable which provides high heat resistance, durability and low signal loss, and is ideal for high-frequency RF applications.
These between-series assemblies allow a cable to be connected from outside of a panel where a threaded interface is located. They are specifically designed for wireless communication modules with MCX connectors in the board. The combination of MCX and more robust connectors offers a variety of options for usage. The connectors that are on the outside of the panel are sealed to prevent temporary ingress of water and other fluids. This eliminates the risk of the system being compromised due to external elements.

PFAS-free RF interconnect feature PEEK insulators and are designed specifically for cable types that are likewise free of PTFE for a complete solution that is free of potentially harmful materials. The entire product line has undergone extensive electrical testing to ensure that these connectors meet the high standard of performance set by Amphenol RF.
